The Preting Perk is a monthly offering for our employees that promotes a good cause and doesn’t create clutter! Our intent is to foster a culture of helping others and to strengthen our team with a common focus. Preting Perks are an easy way for us to come together once a month to support companies and causes that are positively impacting the world. Sometimes the employees receive products from a B corporation, get reimbursed for being active, or help charities all over the world, just by saying YES!
We asked a few members of Team Preting to share their thoughts on the offerings. Here’s what they had to say:
This month Preting offered its employees the opportunity to support Women’s Bean Project. Everyone had the option to choose one of the following:
- Toni’s 10 Bean Soup and Cornbread Mix Gift Bundle
- Cookie Gift Bundle
- Old Fashioned Chili and Cornbread Gift Bundle
The Women’s Bean Project’s mission is to change women’s lives by providing stepping stones to self-sufficiency through social enterprise. This is a transitional job training program for chronically unemployed and impoverished women.
